Committed Hearts welcomes young adults ages 18–59 who are looking for a safe, supportive place to grow. Many of our residents are in their late teens and twenties, like John, building confidence and independence while connecting with peers in a similar stage of life. Our home is designed to feel comfortable, encouraging, and community‑oriented, making it easy to plan activities, build friendships, and create a sense of belonging.

Committed Hearts provides a safe, nurturing home for adults with developmental or behavioral conditions who benefit from extra guidance, structure, and understanding. We meet each resident where they are, offering patient support, predictable routines, and a compassionate environment that encourages growth at every pace. Our goal is to help residents build confidence, strengthen life skills, and feel genuinely seen and supported as part of a caring community.

At Committed Hearts, our purpose is to support independence‑focused adults in a home where they can feel safe, respected, and genuinely themselves. We create an environment that feels like family while also helping residents build the skills and confidence needed for greater self‑reliance. Whether someone is settling into a stable, long‑term home or preparing—according to their needs plan—for a higher level of independence, we provide the encouragement, structure, and compassion that help each person move forward at their own pace.
Prohibited and Restricted Conditions
Committed Hearts is designed to support adults whose needs can be safely met in a community‑based home. We cannot serve non-ambulatory individuals or individuals with medical or behavioral needs that require 24‑hour nursing care, intensive psychiatric support, or specialized medical equipment. Certain conditions may be supported only with a doctor’s approval, an individualized care plan, and staff who have the appropriate training and certifications. Our goal is always to ensure every resident receives care in the setting that best supports their safety, dignity, and well‑being.
Our goal is always to provide a home where residents feel safe, supported, and empowered. When a person’s needs exceed what we can safely provide, we work collaboratively with families, case managers, and providers to help identify a more appropriate level of care.
